September’s Theme: “What Do I Want?” “What do I need?” These are some of the questions that we often ask ourselves. As we head into Autumn and the season of introspection dig deep and harvest the answers that will help you on your path.

Today’s Message:

96: Durning this time of introspection the universe is encouraging us to embrace the willingness to make changes. Make the time to check your balance and progress and make any changes that will help you to stay on course. There is no need to push or rush as the universe will send you the blessings you need when you are ready. Trust in yourself and your guides and know that you are capable of making the best decisions that will help you meet your goals.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• Archangel Chamuel helps us in creating and maintaining strong and loving relationships. While this includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature, it helps our relationships with others as well. Ask him to help you create an atmosphere of peace, love, and togetherness. His goal is to help us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution.

• The Ascended Master Buddha is our go-to guy when we feel “wobbly’. He teaches us that the key to happy living requires moderation and balance in all things. This includes the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced, we find that inner peace is ours!

• The Greek Goddess Athena embodies change and transformation through experience and learning. She tells us ” You are a warrior in your own right. Every day you must consciously choose the battles that you will fight so make the wisest choices you can, each choice will help lead you to discover new pieces to the puzzle and assist in your victory.

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

• Crazy Lace Agate gently boosts our self-confidence and concentration while reestablishing our overall feelings of wholeness and well-being. It’s an excellent grounding stone that helps to bring balance between our negative and positive emotions.

• Golden Ray Calcite to boost your creative thinking and to eliminate patterns of self defeating thinking. This helps to promote new and innovative ways to solve problems and move things forward by helping us to let go of our self-imposed limitations.
