Cat’s Angel Message for April 13, 2024

Today’s Message:

413:  There are times when we could all use some extra loving and healing energy. When we feel a little needy or emotionally insecure it can be because we have given away too much of ourselves and need to replenish our energies. Downtime, nature time or alone time can help you to recharge. Today the Universe is giving us a boost by surrounding us with the essential energies we need to be balanced and at peace. Remember to ground, clear and center. This helps you to let go of the negative nasty’s that are sapping your energy. Everyone needs a break from the demands of others so allow yourself this emotional and spiritual spa day!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this, I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc. followed by a sense of relief.

• The Ascended Master Buddha is our go-to guy when we feel “wobbly’. He teaches us that the key to happy living requires moderation and balance in all things. This includes the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced, we find that inner peace is ours!

• The Hindu Mother Goddess Durga teaches us how to create boundaries and maintain them as well as protecting yourself from the negative or controlling energy of others. She says:  ” Personal boundaries are important to your well-being. It is sometimes best to walk away. I can help you to step back and give you the self-assurance to do what is in your best interest.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

• Amazonite. This stone is sometimes called the stone of hope. It helps us to speak our truth with confidence and instills us with hope itself. It calms and soothes frayed nerves during times of stress and helps us to feel and embrace universal love. It works with both heart and throat chakras.

• Golden Ray Calcite to boost your creative thinking and to eliminate patterns of self-defeating thinking. This helps to promote new and innovative ways to solve problems and move things forward.

• Morganite (aka Pink Beryl) helps to bring awareness to emotional our needs or feelings that remain unfulfilled. It helps us to express them in a positive way so that we can begin the healing process.
