“Forgiveness is the fragrance that the violet sheds on the heel that has crushed it.” ~ Mark Twain
When we forgive, we release ourselves from the resentment that has been poisoning our minds, hearts and our entire lives. And when we release ourselves from all that poison that has been keeping us in the dark, we reconnect with the love and serenity we once thought was lost, and we return to that place of peace and serenity we all belong to.
If there is someone in your life you need to forgive, use this Forgiveness Meditation to release yourself from all that pain, anger, negativity, and resentment and regain peace of mind.
Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 10 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be in a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready to press play. Once the meditation session is over, you can share your experience with all of us by commenting below.
Enjoy!
