When we are in beautiful and spectacular places in nature, we feel a natural gratitude for the beauty and magnificence surrounding us. We feel a heart-consciousness connection. Inspiring music also elicits this energy within us. Gratitude enables us to transcend our ego-consciousness.

Once we make the leap beyond duality and into our heart-consciousness, we have left our ego-consciousness in our memory, along with all negativity. When we pay attention to our heart-consciousness, we give no conscious life-force to negativity, and it dissolves from our awareness.

In a higher dimension, negativity cannot exist. Its vibrations become unstable, and negative consciousness loses its ability to express itself. It dissolves into a lower dimension. In its place we can experience the vibrations of our heart-consciousness in gratitude, compassion, joy and appreciation. This vibratory level connects us with universal consciousness, filled with infinite love and life-enhancing expressions of beauty and majesty. We can expand with this energy as far as we are willing to go. The more we expand, the more intense everything becomes, and our creative power strengthens greatly.

No longer are we subject to any controlling powers in the spectrum of human experience. We are sovereign Beings of eternal present awareness, able to express ourselves in any form or entity we desire. By living in the energetic band of frequencies of unconditional love and life-enhancement, we are beyond the limitations of negativity. This is the realm of ascension into a higher dimension of living. This dimension exists right where we are now. It’s just a different, positive vibratory rate. In our awareness, we can inhabit both dimensions and more, depending on our personal degree of clarity.

The difference in the quality of our personal experiences between the higher and lower dimensions is extraordinary. The lower dimension contains all of the expressions of negativigty. The higher dimension is fulfilling in every way, leaving no personal drama or needs. All we need to do is to be ourselves on a heart-conscious level, and every desire of our heart naturally receives fulfillment. We can have complete confidence in our lives and realize our infinite creative ability, benefitting ourselves and life all around us. We become radiant expressions for the light of our heart.
