You don’t have to attempt to change a separate self to please someone or to avoid displeasing someone.

You are not a separate self, and you gain no value from the pretend separateness, positively or negatively judged, of any self seen through this distorted lens. The one you would please or displease is also seen as separate, which cannot ever be. Focus on what is actual here–that which joins you with the one you would please or displease right now, and all struggle to make an impression on anyone vanishes.

What you Are is painless. What everyone Is–that’s painless. When you feel tension or stress arising, that’s your attachment to pain making itself known. You can only be attached to pain if you believe that seeing beings as separate gives you something you want. You can opt to focus on our shared and innocent nature at all times. This option is truly open to you now, and the only thing you must do is to find your willingness to see what is actual about every being without exception. All the commentary ego sends you about separate selves becomes meaningless when you focus upon that which joins all selves eternally.

All seen-as-separate things are in the past, and so they are not Real. Now, in this now, everything is joined. Go in and look. Find out. In this now, without reference to a past or future, all things are joined in innocence with no concepts to separate one from another. Peace is here in this now. You can always rest here in safety. When you rest here, you rest in joy.

Joy just Is. It’s ever-present, right now, and does not depend on any seen-as-separate thing. It is not a fictional high separated from a fictional low. Joy is simply your natural state, and it is always here, it is completely unrelated to seen conditions, and it is never because of them. Joy is a natural frequency available to all at all times, and it is never caused. It just is, and it is always here for you. You are learning to value tuning into it at all times. You cannot tune into joy without focusing inward, where all is joined.

You can find the innermost spot within you where you agree to allow all of time and space to conspire to carry you in peace through and out of the perceived limits of time and space. Conspire: Con = with, spire = breathe. The universe you experience can breathe with that which is real, can be guided by it. How you see it is up to you. Drop every idea of a someone else having a conspiracy theory about something, and see this opportunity of breathing with. Be Here with what is Real about everyone and everything–innocence. All else is just the antics of the ego. Be Here in eternal innocence and joy.

Here is where what you Are can make use of the illusion you made. You go to your innermost spot, and you hand control of the illusion over to what you truly Are and always have been. This is sanity. There is no longer needed to see frightening forms if you learn to consistently focus away from the fiction of fear toward what is truly Here, what is eternal–the joy you share with all.

In joy we rest, in joy we guide you, and in joy we see the joy you Are.
