Soul retrieval is an interesting concept. It only makes sense (at least to me) if we consider ourselves to be three things: physical body, soul, and spirit.

We are all familiar with the physical, but what else is going on? There are systems that teach the "soul" is the part that holds individual experience and may reincarnate, while the "spirit" is the impersonal, animating force in all things. The soul can be fragmented, but the spirit simply exists.

The idea that power is never taken only given, is part of an individual soul journey. At the spirit level we are all one energy, so it is only the soul (and human psychology) that is concerned with power. For example, a person suffers great abuse from another human. At the point of the abuse power is taken by the abuser, but if it still hinders the victim years later they are freely giving their power away. Please don't read this as a "blame the victim" thing - bad things really do happen, but we are allowed to heal. Enter soul retrieval.

Every time we dwell on a past dis-empowerment we are simply giving away more of our power. It's okay to heal. These old power leaks are places our soul-self became so compromised, it actually fragmented. These fragmented pieces of soul stay in the past at the point of abuse, and fester as stories that shape our lives. Not to worry - these pieces are now finding their way back to us without intervention. We have always had the option of finding a healer to facilitate soul retrieval, but now it is just in the air.

How this is likely to show up is through sudden bursts of clarity. This clarity actually makes me giggle that I didn't see it before! It's so obvious! Then I let the epiphany settle into my worldview, and I actually feel more whole. It's like the part of me I gave to the situation has returned. The relief! I missed me! I would have thought it would be harder to give up a story, but at this point it's not. Being whole brings more joy than losing a false and festering story brings grief.

So why now? The frequency, at least on this timeline, supports ego death and a return to wholeness. The other timeline will be in the throes of fighting ego death for a while. The only thing to do is lead by example. All our wholeness and giggling is bound to attract attention at some point!
