Alrighty loves and lights!  This combo here… some may very much be feeling.  Physically and it can quickly become a mental and emotional thing, too (yet it doesn’t have to).  It is a gift – the body in sync with a process.  It’s just one of many ways.

I am blessed to have crossed paths with many and to share experiences.  Oh the variety – love it!  Yesterday an amazing soul who does not feel any of the body work I/many do sent a comment that she’d heard that those who don’t feel their body “ascending” will perish.  Well… we all will perish/return to no thing. Yet trust that there is no wrong way to do this journey.  While many have been feeling the body process for years now – one way is not better than another.  Each is having the divine experience!  And, please stay true to that… and share.

I though often mention as I stumbled into.  I certainly didn’t remember I was to experience this, lol… and several what the… ?? moments.  It has been a journey of mystery, discover, surprise and, making peace… and finding grace.

So one may find that there heart is racing, difficulty sleeping (or needing more sleep), mind racing, too.  Breathe work can help calm the heart and mind and, so can journaling.  Right now it feels like a lot of random thoughts and maybe just getting them up and out.  It is an energetic time and one may feel this in their amazing body.  As light enters each (or certain) cells, organs, bones, etc.  Your dna and soul is doing the work it needs to do.  If one is new to this (or even not so new), it can feel like a medical issue/event and cause concern.  I do believe in medical and also holistic care – please seek if you feel you need to.  Even more so though, self-care.  One might just relax and check in with their body and higher consciousness.  Asking… slowly… am I okay?  What is this?  Do I need to do anything?

One might then know/hear short answers like, yes (you are okay)… a word or two that is unique to your journey and one can do some homework for more understanding… and, that one doesn’t need to do much/just allow.

Electron flux’s usually don’t last long – like a few hours, so to see it run for days now is interesting.  YET… we’ve been here before.  Earlier this year it seems to go on for weeks with just a few short breaks/reprieves.  It can assist in group/mass awakening, upgrades/embodiment.  So it may end in a hour or days… trust that the Universe knows best.

I will also share it can feel like pain/discomfort/irritability.  Often 1st passes need to release a density.  Relaxing, Epson salt baths, gentle stretching/yoga can assist.
