As an ascending human, we can pick and choose what we want to play in.   As we begin to feel the exquisite sensations of our soul in our body, even doing mundane things have a charge to them.  But that doesn’t mean we have to do anything that we find distasteful, or be with anyone that doesn’t bring us joy.  The ascending human is discerning.

As we feel that ecstatic sensation that only our soul can provide us, we feel the rhythm of life here in this time space reality.  We may be feeling more and more disconnected from the world of those still asleep, but it doesn’t mean we can’t milk this visceral, sensual playground.

Granted, some places are harder to feel that in.  Walmart comes to mind.

The idea that we are here to shine our light in the darkness, well, that’s true.  But it doesn’t mean you need to push yourself to endure anything or anyone that doesn’t do it for you, who doesn’t light you up.  There’s no sacrifice in Mastery.  No price to pay.

The old adage, “I would give my eye tooth for (whatever you desire here).”  You can discard that one.  You can have what you want AND keep your eye tooth.  Or whatever else you think you have to sacrifice for your joy.

Our soul recognizes its magnificence, and sees us, its human partner, as perfect just as we are.  It isn’t worried that it doesn’t deserve complete joy.  It’s not wondering what it has to give up for its natural state of joy.

It’s also not thinking that it should be sharing its joy with those less able to give that joy to themselves.  It just radiates its joy naturally.  That’s all.

So, discernment.  The divine human practices it.   In the greater sense of the word, yes, the soul loves mankind.  But she is not in love with everything that comes down the pike.

But there’s no obligation to.

And that extends to the mind.  The thoughts and emotions that parade through our mind and body….they don’t get a free pass from the Master if they are less than joyful.  We can acknowledge them, of course.   But they don’t get to dictate to us how WE want feel.

Considering most of those emotions generated from our mind aren’t really ours to begin with, since we’ve been processing them for humanity for a very long time.

That game is over, too.  Unless we want to stay stuck in a 3D quagmire.

And by the way, this is all happening naturally anyway, as we integrate our soul, body and mind.  We are not going to suddenly become issue free, but over time we notice we don’t react to those emotions of fear, worry, doubt, or sadness like before.  They are not as provocative.

Have you ever had a relationship with someone, and you began to realize that they were manipulating you emotionally?  You started to see their game and then they no longer had a hold on you?

That’s  what’s happening with our relationship to our mind.  We are beginning to see how it’s clever in convincing us that something is impossible.  Its attempt to convince us that we are not worthy, or whatever it’s trying to dupe us into, is not working very well anymore.

We are becoming more discerning about what we want to feel.  The more we love ourselves, the less we tolerate feedings from others or from our own mind.

And, yes, they are feedings.  They extract energy from us emotionally and physically.  They love to spew negativity.  Sometimes the fatigue we feel is the struggle we are having with our mind.  We have felt that exhaustion when we have spent time with energy feeders, from those who extract energy.  We have become very discerning about that.

It’s no different with our mind and its machinations.  We are not rejecting our mind, but we are also not going to allow it to shape our decisions.

So, discernment, at this point, is the Master’s best friend.
