William LePar’s, spiritual source, The Council, explains that there are two heavens that we can go to after death. There is a heavenly state where we never have to return to our earthly existence and a heavenly realm where more learning and experience in an earthly life is necessary.

Questioner:  His first question was, "Is Sheol which means the nether world, that is spoken of in the Bible, is this the same thing as the man-made heavenly realms?"

The Council:  Yes, the man-made heavenly realms were never intended to exist. This is the accumulation of mankind, his concepts of heaven, and also his inability to achieve heaven; so that the Divine has allowed His creations to create a nether world where they may exist in a spiritual form to achieve a degree of enlightenment so that the material manifestation is somewhat limited, hopefully. Unfortunately, because of the fact that the soul has become involved in the material manifestation, it has not even used the    nether world as efficiently as it could have, so it becomes more encrusted or more attached to the material manifestation; so it becomes an unending propagation of itself because of a limited degree of awareness of such an existence or condition from the     material manifestation.  Do you understand?

Questioner:  To some extent, yes.

The Council:  Once the separation was achieved, the original separation from the Divine Source, immediately the God-made Heavenly Realms were established at the level of the Angelic Level and the Celestial Level.  Once the material manifestation became, shall we say, solid as it is now, then it was necessary to establish the Spirit Level in the God-made Heavenly Realms because by that time then the man-made heavenly realms or the nether world, the concept had been such that they were, shall we say, ineffective and the soul was not sufficiently enlightened then to enter into the Celestial Level or         the Angelic Level first; so the soul was not sufficiently enlightened to enter the Angelic Level, so a lower level had to be allowed to be established, that is in the God-made Heavenly Realms. Does that answer your question?
