Questioner:  We need something perhaps very interesting about Atlantis, something that would interest or greatly interest people in this particular time period and be catchy, something that again would make them want to buy the article. For instance, a particular artifact may be found, or an invention they had similar to our inventions, something like this.

The Council:  How would something along the social lines and the social influences be, something that everyone could more closely relate to, instead of something that would only be vaguely interesting to others, to a large group?

Questioner:  Sure

The Council:  Then why not use some of the information that we have already given you such as the present rock music, which is a direct descendant of music used not only in Atlantis, but in Mu and Lemuria. This form of music at one time was used to instigate or, shall we say, to excite the very basic drives in man.  Consequently, the young people today listening to this horrible noise find themselves taken away from the spiritual aspects of life and brought closer to the physical aspects or the animalistic aspects of life. Much of the drugs used today are quite similar to the drugs used in Mu, Lemuria, and Atlantis to have a, shall we say, instantaneous rise in consciousness which was, of course, foolish, since it turned out to be hallucination more than any true awareness of the different levels of consciousness.  On occasion there is a glimpse here or there of a more intense physical awareness which often passes as a spiritual or a conscious awareness.

The present efforts at cloning are nothing new, where in Mu and Lemuria, part of the Lemurian experience, much of the cloning was done more from a psychic level or a psychokinetic level which, of course, as time passed the need for, shall we say, extensions of these properties necessitated elaborate laboratories, but the present-day cloning is very crude, compared to what the Lemurian and Mu civilizations had.
