My children, be careful with your bodies. Drink lots of water. At any point on the planet the energies are intense and doing a great job of cleaning. All this cleaning creates dirt, and that dirt has to come out. And water has this role; to clean, to scan your cells and take away everything that is no longer useful.

Over time, over the ages, you have been accustomed to guarding. Saving thoughts, saving moments, saving stories; especially those that suffered the most and brought you the most pain and suffering. All of this was encouraged because it generated anger against something, it generated sadness, melancholy, pain. The suffering never ended. He was nurtured every minute.

And with that, your cells filled with many energies from many eons ago. When we talk about cleaning, it is exactly in relation to these energies, which are of no use. They only bring weight and pain. When we talk about cleaning, we don't change anything. The moment will not fade. Nothing you will forget. Only, all that energy of pain and suffering tied to that moment will go away. She will cease to grieve; will cease to exist, and you will become lighter and lighter. Increasingly ready to receive yes, positive energies that do not weigh, do not bring burden.

When you have happy moments, the positive feelings are not stored in your cells. They don't carry this weight, they just stay in your memories. And many times you even forget them, because you value the bad moments; those who are kept.

So, do not be afraid, in any type of process of releasing, detaching, loosening, untying, unlocking, cleaning, the energies that are inside. Don't accumulate negative feelings. Don't accumulate negative feelings. Why return the pain? Why return to suffering? So as not to forget that someone did something to you? To not forget the bad time you went through? And for what purpose, how will this help you? Not to forget that person, to always remember what they did to you. And where is the forgiveness? Where is the time to forgive so you can move on?

So, my sons and daughters, start letting it all out. Start walking a new path. A lighter, softer, more peaceful path. A path where there is no space to keep bad feelings. Because even if they are generated, they will be discarded, they will not be saved. Because there will be an immediate request for forgiveness for each act performed. And that will not accumulate, that will not be kept, that will be forgotten. Not forgotten forever; forgotten to be remembered; forgotten to be brooded; forgotten to be encouraged.

The time, my sons and daughters, is to look forward. It is about generating a new future. You have to be ready for what will come. This is not the time to remember the past. It's not going through old drawers. Yes, now is the time to tidy up your old drawers and throw away everything you no longer use. Everything you don't want to remember anymore.

Detachment is very important at this moment, from everything and everyone. Don't get attached to anyone; to anyone, as the suffering could be very great. You need to understand that what ends is the physical body, not the soul. And the soul will never forget what it experienced with you. As you yourselves, one day, you will remember everyone who passed through your paths. There are a lot of people, yes, there are a lot of people, but they will be flashes of pleasant moments or not so much. But you will know how to treat it, you will know how to deal with it, without causing any type of harm. Just the memory.

And you will meet many again. And they will remember the excellent moments they had. It will be a time of very good memories. It will be a time of great reunions. It will be a time of great joy. But to reach this time, you need to let go of what holds you back; let go of what stops you from moving forward. Let go. Let go. Look forward, don't look back. What is past is past; leave it behind. Look ahead, because in front of you is where your evolution is.
