Dear sons and daughters of planet Earth! I AM SANANDA!

My heart always fills with joy whenever I can be here, reunited with all of you. I see myself on top of that mountain with everyone, sitting on the ground, listening to my words. 

The difference is that today my words do not stay in the wind. Today your minds and your hearts are capable of hearing, assimilating and understanding what I say. And what I have to tell you today: Cheer up, you have to have courage!

Each one of you is traveling, by your own choice, a path that will lead you to the Light, that will lead you to ascend to the Fifth Dimension, or at least you have this intention. Will this path always be full of flowers, pleasant, with a warm and soft breeze, animals keeping you company? Unfortunately, I would say no, this road sometimes becomes all that when you rise. When your hearts are happy, you are full of joy, looking at the world around you with Love, with patience, at that moment you are creating this path and you are walking on it. And with each image, each scene, it becomes more and more pleasant and the path becomes more and more beautiful and more peaceful.

But there are those moments when your environment shakes you, when your environment knocks on your door and you have to respond. And then when you look at all those problems, your vibration goes down, your thoughts fall apart. Immediately, that path, which was so flowery, so beautiful, becomes a path strewn with stones, arid, hot, uncomfortable. Then a big question arises: what to do? "Oh, I'll forget everything around me and focus on my path!" You can do it; will it be good for those around you? Do you just put all your problems aside, focus on your beautiful and wonderful world, and let everything take care of itself, no matter what it will be like, is that a good choice?

I would say that in the minds of many, yes. Because you are already tired, you are... I would even say exhausted from everything that surrounds you. But unfortunately, I have to tell you that the path is not finished yet, you are still building the path. So even if you isolate yourself, become a hermit, meditate 24 hours a day, there will come a time when that path will no longer be flowery and will somehow throw you back into the world, because you have not learned everything.

So, this is an illusion: withdrawing from problems, thinking that meditating all the time, isolating oneself, not wanting to get involved is the solution. Unfortunately, I will tell you that it is not. Because you cannot keep this wonderful path for a long time, your journey is not over yet, your journey is still happening. So you just have to live each point, live what your environment is showing you.

So, I repeat that we are aware that many are tired, that the road has not been easy, that it has been quite a challenge. But what do I tell them? Just trust that there will come a time when all these challenges will be over. And then they will have all the time to live that path, illuminated, flowery, perfumed, full of Light and joy.

You will no longer need to look around you because your mission will be over. You can even look at those around you, but nothing will shake you, nothing will take you out of the way because you will have learned all the lessons.

So, when I said at the beginning of our conversation that you need to have courage, this is the sentiment: Courage. Courage to continue overcoming each daily challenge, each moment that makes you suffer, makes you anxious many times, without seeing a way out, without seeing a solution. And I tell you: the way out exists, the solution exists. And I remind you again that for these exits and solutions to appear, you must look at everything with Love, with a lot of Love. Then the solutions will come, as if by magic, and you will look at that problem, that challenge from now on, without getting involved in he. Because you have already understood it, you have already transformed it into Love, so it will no longer shake you, it will no longer affect you.

Now the courage is to change, change within yourself the way you look at everything. It's not an easy step, it's not an easy step, but it takes courage to change, it takes courage to say to yourself, " This doesn't belong to me. This doesn't belong to me. So, I give it up, I keep it, I put the energy back." who sent it to me. This energy is theirs; it is not mine. And I return this energy with Light, with a lot of Light. The energy came to you, it knocked on your door, you had to open it, you got out of your balance, out of your way flowery, to open the door, to that energy.

Then ask yourself the following question: "I need to interfere with this energy. Is there any action I need to take?" If the answer is yes, take your action with Love and Light. No, the energy does not depend on your action, it has simply knocked on your door, so you will look at it, fill it with Light and return it: "This energy does not belong to me. I return it with a lot of Light to whoever sent it to me". That's it, this energy will not remain within you and in this way you will not feel anger, you will not feel upset for having been pushed out of your way by something that is not yours.

And I can assure you that this happens 90% of the time. You are affected by energies that are not yours, that you have not created. But there is an interesting point: you did not create that energy, but you attracted it, because if it came to your door, if it knocked on your door, you called it in some way. You may not understand how or when it came, but you called it.

So, the time has come for you to learn how to return that energy to its owner. But with a lot of Love and with a lot of Light, because otherwise it will continue knocking on your door until you look at it with Love and Light. So I am going to show you a very funny image that many of you will say: When something bothers you from outside, look at yourself opening a door and on the other side a child, smiling and playful, laughing at your door. Why did he knock on your door? Because he was a girl. What are you going to do? Do you slam the door in her face or do you just laugh with her, finding what he's done amusing? And simply by finding what he did funny, you have shot down any and all bad feelings you may have felt when someone knocked on the door. And that child will leave happy because you didn't fight with him, what he did seemed funny to you,

So don't forget to play this little movie in your mind. Every time something comes up that bothers you, look at it like a door, open the door and look at the child and give him a smile, laugh with him at the situation. And you will see how little by little your brains will learn this path and everything that comes to you, that does not belong to you, that comes from the environment, will no longer bother you. Because you will just laugh at everything and by doing this, you almost keep your path lit and flourishing. It crumbles for a brief moment and then re-forms.

But we cannot forget that there is a point at which you have to act, you have to act, because it is something that is your responsibility. So, in this case, there is no child behind the door, because it is your thing. So take a deep breath, fill your heart with Light and ask your Divine Presence for the solution. And I assure you that it will come and in the same way, it will come illuminated and you will be able to quickly return to your path.

Courage is needed, my sons and daughters, to change your way of thinking. It takes courage to believe that all this is possible and that you are capable of doing it. I only tell you: try it, it doesn't cost anything. If you haven't succeeded the first time, try the second, the third, the fourth, it doesn't matter; keep trying and I guarantee that one day you will succeed.
