On Earth there are many people whom other people aspire to. Whether it be their wealth, their status, material possessions or their gifts and abilities, famous and well – known people have established themselves as above the crowd, more worthy and more deserving of praise, attention, wealth and abundance. Sometimes, fame happens accidentally and is unwelcome, but for others it has been sought and hard-fought for.

The price of fame is total lack of anonymity. The media and the masses watch your every move, scrutinise every decision you make, action you do and word you utter, the clothes you wear and the company you keep. The price of fame can eventually outweigh the benefits that led to the fame in the first place. Quite often, this scrutiny leads to the disgrace and downfall of the person, who is easily replaced by the next ‘hot commodity’ on the A-list.

This is a shame because many of these people are actually ordinary, nice people who have come into good fortune, often through hard work on their own behalf. Some of them also do a lot of work to benefit those less fortunate than themselves, which can go unrecognised in the face of their wealth and fortune.

The nature of the human race is to judge and condemn, often in the name of God and more often than not to take the spotlight off one’s own failings and insecurities. The human ego is programmed to serve self and to look after its own interests, and those who live only to gain material wealth and status will listen to and follow their ego at the expense of others. The time is nigh, however, for those who are more in touch with the collective consciousness and thus sensitive to the vibrations amongst their fellow humans at this time, to lead by example and bring love and light into their immediate environment. They do this by accepting everyone for who they are without judgement and condemnation, by watching their words and thoughts and by being a light amongst the darkness for those who have lost their way.

Life on earth is a lesson of mammoth proportions towards soul growth. Being rich angd famous is as much a lesson as being homeless or living in abject poverty. No lesson that has been chosen is easy, no matter how glamourous it may seem to those on the outside. There will always be hardships and there will be rainbows as well with any lesson that any individual soul chooses.

See your rainbows. Give thanks for all you have, and allow others to live their lives without judgment. For their story is their own, as is yours. Live life as if there is no tomorrow, and find ways to enrich the lives of others through making your life the best it can be and being a light in the dark for those who need it.
