Always try to follow the right path, but don't demand too much of yourself. Don't cover yourself too much. Don't berate yourself too much. Everything in the universe exists in balance. You are still in duality. So, always look at the scale. It will show you the point of balance. Neither those moments of total detachment from everything, nor those moments of total imbalance.

Understand, my sons and daughters, the journey needs to have balance, it needs to have love, it needs to have sweetness. Rigidity, too much strength, maximum restrictions, will not bring you to balance, because you will be going against your nature.
