"Dear ones, have you wondered why everything you feel lately seems so powerful?

Changes are coming to your planet. You are becoming more empathic, and you should pay more attention to what happens within you while remaining in contact with your essence.

The vibration of Earth is changing, and so are you, returning to your 5D self—realizing more and more the illusion of separation. Your thoughts become telepathic; they affect your environment and interact with your waters. Your emotions can be felt by others just as you can feel theirs. This is how you remember that you never wanted to harm another because another is also you. You reconnect with the truth within you, rediscovering that there are no others, as you are not a person but the one field of consciousness generating a body and a mind that identified itself with it. The "other" is also consciousness, and so you do not wish to negatively affect any living being in any way because you are affecting yourself. But for this to happen, you are becoming more empathic. This is part of your journey. Honor it. Your ability to feel at such subtle levels is a gift.

You are becoming aware once again of the Spirit world. You are realizing that there is a more substantial, more real-world beyond what you have perceived through the five senses. You are awakening to what is truly real. So, why give so much energy to the material world? Why believe that what happens is only what human beings do through their actions? Why not observe and feel more until you discover a new level of perception—the multi-dimensional world?

Why eat so much, consume, and be so occupied all the time? Don't you know that to open the gates of heaven, one needs silence and peace to perceive that which is very subtle, unseen to the usual eye?

Dedicate your journey to that. Make it your most important goal. You have given enough power to the unreal by confusing it with what is real. Now it is time to come back home. Remember that all is energy and allow yourself to rediscover new states of being by staying quiet. Be still, and new worlds will open up. Eat little, and allow yourself to be nourished by light. Do less, but feel more. Say little, but listen with your heart and embrace all that is because the day has come for you to remember who you are.

We are here with you, as we have never left you. And once again, we are coming even closer to you. We love you, and we walk along with you.
