My sons and daughters, fear nothing. Live in the present moment. Never forget: the feeling experienced today reverberates further on. in the said future. If you emanate fear, dread, doubts, you will reap more of that, soon ahead. Forget what's to come. Live the current moment, with great joy, with great peace. Fill your hearts with Love and Light.

No, this will not prevent you from going through whatever is necessary. But you will be ready. They will not allow themselves to be carried away by fear, by doubts, by insecurity. You need to vibrate loudly. You need to vibrate confidence. It is necessary to vibrate with the certainty of victory, the certainty of evolution.

Each of you made a choice. Not now, not today; when incarnating in these times: be a Pillar of Light; to be someone who would contribute to the Gaia process and to the process itself. So, if you have made this choice, you have been prepared. You came with all the appropriate weapons for each moment. It's like taking part in a big expedition, where you carry everything you need. Of course, something is always missing, but the main thing will always be there..

So understand you are not unprepared. You brought with you the weapons of Light to fight. But not physical fights, my sons and daughters; your struggles against yourself. These are the big battles. It's as if you have an invisible clone in front of you; that feels, vibrates, thinks, everything you think. And you need to destroy this clone; they need to put an end to him. This clone has a name: it is the ego.

It is necessary that you, little by little, learn to suffocate your ego, putting an end to it. So he no longer acts in their minds, in their hearts. There will no longer be an “I” at the forefront of everything; another entity will come into existence: the “I” and the Whole. You will no longer be alone. Because everything you think, decide, do, will have the Whole involved.

Nothing else can be for you; It will always be for you and for the Whole. It's a complete paradigm shift, where you stop thinking only about yourself, about surviving, about maintaining yourself, about protecting yourself; to think about yourself and the Whole. If all your actions will be good for you and for everyone. This is the big change. This is the great learning.

What happens to people nowadays? It's just that they don't know how to deal with what they're seeing. Because they thought they were perfect, wonderful, incredible. And today they are realizing that they are nothing like that; They are looking at their own mistakes. And they are coming, many of them, at incredible speed. And they don't know how to handle it all.

The big key is the heart. It's looking at yourself without judgement. Learn and understand that you made a mistake; understand the error; try not to repeat it; forgive; ask for forgiveness. By following these steps, they quickly free themselves from all this, but they don't want to, because the ego is still very inflated, it is still dominated by the world that was created by yourselves. And they don't want to detach from this world. They don't want to give up anything. That's why so many people, showing themselves to be violent and bad. It seems that they have transformed; are no longer the same.

And it is true, because the Light that is coming is showing them everything that they are. And they are finding it all horrible. But they don't want to change. They don't want to give up anything. They don't want to leave this process. And they become increasingly angry, because they can't stop seeing their own mistakes, their own failures. And they don't know what else to do. And this irritates them deeply. And most people start to believe that it's someone else's fault. They find someone who is responsible for making them see all of this. This explains the world it is in today.

Hearts increasingly black, more violent. And these same hearts with so many doubts are absorbed by this mass that is there, trying to cause as much damage as possible, before leaving, before being destroyed. She has this awareness, but she will not fall alone, as she herself thinks; will take many with her. And, above all, it will make those who are Light suffer, being attacked by exactly these people.

So, when we say to you, be Light, be Love, in any situation, it is so that you can remove these energies from your paths. So that these people don't get closer, don't get to you. Everything is vibration, my sons and daughters. If you vibrate high, there is no chance of them reaching you. Now, if you vibrate low, you attract them. And if they are not careful, they are led into the same process, because you still have shadows to destroy. You still have many things to learn.

Be smart. Don't get carried away. Do not be attracted by these shadows. Let everyone take care of their own path. By raising your Light, you raise the Light of All. This is the rule. And by raising the Light of the All, you increasingly suffocate this mass, which is being compressed, day after day. Believe me, everything will change, very differently. But you need to keep your hearts vibrant, illuminated.

Don't let yourself be carried away by pain and suffering. Everyone will have their share. Everyone has come with their own path. The Light will win, in each soul. Believe this. And those who are not ready will be taken; but it will not mean that they will be carried away by the shadows. Many will be, because they are vibrating exactly like them. But many just don't want to give up anything; They don’t want change. So they still have a path of Light to follow. Then, they will continue this path, in other parts of the universe.

Everything is being controlled by the Light. Even the dark souls will be guided by the Light. They will not have the power of decision, or rather, they will no longer have any power. This is the end result. But you need to prepare yourself to live it all.

It won't be an easy time, but it will be a necessary time. So that all preparations for the ascension actually happen.
