We understand that you often experience this feeling, because of your own suffering, because of the suffering of those you love, but don't let yourself become attached to this feeling. Like I said, he is powerful. He makes you doubt, you disbelieve, you ask meaningless questions so that there is no answer. It brings pain to your body because your cells feel your sadness.

Don't live this feeling for too long. Of course we understand that many moments lead to this, but it is important that that moment is lived, and you begin to overcome, to look at everything with enlightened eyes, not with sad eyes. What God the Father/Mother prepares for each child is not suffering, it is not pain, it is always Light, joy, abundance. And why do you experience such feelings?

Through the emanations themselves, through the journey of the soul, through the evolution of the soul. In simple terms we can say that along the way you made many people sad, and sadness now returns as a result. But you don't need to expand it, you don't need to feed what arrived. All that is needed is understanding that each person will go through whatever they have to go through.

Don't suffer the suffering of others. If necessary, be by his side, there like a sentry, showing that at any moment you can help, without words, without much, just showing your presence and all your love. Everything, every feeling, passes; it comes with enormous intensity and dissipates, loses strength; But if you feed it, if you let yourself be carried by it, it only increases, taking you to the bottom and making the journey back increasingly difficult.

So, my sons and daughters, pain and suffering are part of the earthly journey. You chose to live this, but don't let sadness be the one that will lead your lives. Look at it and see it, but don't let it dominate. Trust, believe, that everything is already written, but yes, you can also change the path of your lives a little, reducing suffering, reducing pain. And for this to happen, you need to elevate your souls, raise your vibrations, so that you can receive all the help you need to minimize what you are going through.

I gave sadness as an example here, but any other low vibration feeling is very powerful. Don't feed them. Don't give them strength. Raise your heads. Raise your bodies, so that we can help you and make all these moments lighter and easier to overcome. Never think that Father/Mother God has abandoned you, ever. But if you vibrate so much negative feeling, our help is hindered.

So you need to emanate faith and trust, and then yes, we will be by your side. I wouldn't say carrying him on my lap, but stroking him, caring for him, cuddling him from time to time, so that his strength multiplies. Never forget, my sons and daughters, my mantle will always be with you and, along with it, all my love.
