Don't forget my children. I'm not ashamed to ask for help. You are strong, yes you are, but sometimes a little help never hurts. Ask for our help. We will never judge you for that. We will never think that you are weak. We are fully aware of every mishap, every movement of their lives. And our help is proportional to the size of your suffering.

If he is gentle, so will our help; if it is intense, our help will be greater. Of course, we cannot remove the stones from your paths, but we can help you remove the stone from its place, to effectively eliminate that stone from the path. This will not be shame, much less a sign of weakness, asking for help.

The ego always screams: “You can do it, you are strong, you need to go through everything intensely, so that you can be the best”. That is not true. Understand my sons and daughters, you need to learn the lesson, not suffer from it. Father/Mother God does not want the suffering of any child. You self-impose suffering, because you think that it will be the one that will effectively make you learn your lesson. And I tell you, that will not happen, because when you choose suffering, you feel it in your flesh, in your soul, in your mind, and it is not easy to get out of it.

You often leave worse than when you entered.

Believe me, suffering is not the way. The way is to look at the problem, understand it, and learn not to repeat it again. This is the way. It's not punishing yourself, it's not suffering, that will make you understand. No suffering teaches. This is nonsense that you have been led to believe, that only through suffering do you learn.

The more you put suffering in your paths, the less you learn, because suffering brings revolt, it brings doubt, it brings pain. How would this teach anyone? It doesn't teach, on the contrary, it brings more of the same. Learn, my sons and daughters, lessons are not learned this way. They need to be understood, understood, so that you no longer repeat them.

This is a time of great pain for many. Don't try to understand other people's pain. He made choices, he chose to go through this pain. Many of you do not accept this. When we say that all the suffering, all the problems, were bad choices, they are the results of your choices. You always want to blame someone, you even blame Father/Mother God, because you don't look at your own mistakes, you don't want to look, you don't accept that you make mistakes.

As long as you act this way, the pain will be intense. But each one chose their pain, their path, their way of passing. So look at that brother and surround him in a bubble of Light. It doesn't matter if he is alive or not. If he is alive, you will be helping him to look at it with Love. if he is not there, his soul will receive his Light, and will also understand more easily, everything that is happening.

I wish, my sons and daughters, that I could hold each one of you in my arms, and prevent you from suffering, prevent you from being evaluated for your mistakes. But I can't and I shouldn't, because this is not Love. Wanting to take a child out of suffering is preventing him from learning, preventing him from reaping what he sowed. Only in this way will he grow, he will evolve.

Look at the suffering of others and emanate Light. That's all. Do not Cry. Don't feel it. Emanate Light. If you can help, help, but don't get involved in his suffering. That brother chose that path. Look at his, which probably has a lot of spots you haven't seen yet. The time is to look at your own path, to identify where you need to improve, to accept that you still need to learn.

And never forget to ask for help. Sometimes choices take you down intense paths of suffering and pain. Ask for our help, so that we can ease this pain and suffering a little. And you can look at it, with more Love, and understand it fully. We don't judge you. Don't be afraid of us. We never judge him. We act according to what you emanate. Just that.

If you emanate revolt, it is difficult to help you, but if you emanate Love and ask for our help, we are there, at the same moment, helping you, making you understand what is needed. My mantle is immense, my sons and daughters. It covers this entire planet, and right now, I have this beautiful blue ball in my lap, where I spend all my Love, so that Gaia can continue her activities and her children suffer as little as possible from them.

Each one is in my heart. I take care of every child I have. And I care for everyone the same way. There are no privileges. There is no greater Love, no lesser Love. I look at everyone as children; some rebellious, some naughty, some absent of Light. But they are all in my heart. And I look at each one, I care for each one, in the same way.

Believe my children, my mantle is immense and has an indescribable power to alleviate pain and suffering. Try using it. Try calling me. And immediately I will be lightening the entire weight of your load.
