Lady Nada:

"Dear children of light, much time has passed since you closed your hearts in suffering and fear. I now address all of you in pain to let you know that the time for healing has come. I am here to help you release all suffering.

Many gateways were closed for eons, preventing me from connecting with you. But now, once again, we, the ascended masters, can reach you easily and send our energy to you.

Today, I am here to teach you how to open your heart chakra. Like any other chakra, your heart needs to function at its optimal level. However, because a lot of energy has been stored in the lower chakras, your heart may not be as powerful as it is meant to be.

Breathe deeply and direct your breath from the root chakra into your heart. You can do this by taking a deep breath in, closing the pelvic area, and as you inhale, directing the energy upward. As the energy reaches your heart, maintain the contraction in your body and visualize your heart blooming in pure pink light. Then relax.

Practice this daily, a few times per day, and observe how easily you can direct the energy into your heart, allowing it to shine with its natural radiance.

As your heart begins to awaken, dear child, dedicate yourself to service to humanity. Embrace an altruistic attitude and see everything as connected to you. As you give, so shall you receive; and as you courageously offer even more, your heart will shine brighter and brighter.

Do not close yourself off in a world of illusion and separation, for you, my beloved daughters and sons, are not alone and not separate, but One in your essence. As you offer love to another, you offer it to your own heart.

Offer love, compassion, tolerance, and kindness. Always strive to become even more tolerant and humble in your heart and mind. Let your mantra be: "May I be kind, and so I will receive," "May I be generous, and so I will be rewarded," "May I be tolerant, and so the world will become a better place."

Now is the time, dear light beings, to change your world by ceasing to react to the harm caused by others. If you encounter unkindness or feel hurt, respond with compassion instead of adding fuel to the fire.

You are the ones who will bring forth a new world, and you are the ones who will teach the new ways. Therefore, be persistent in your efforts to achieve this state of mind, and do not let down your guard in tending to your mind.

Be gentle yet strong, determined yet compassionate, and you will succeed. A new era of awakening is coming. Many will awaken, but there will also be waves of natural disasters. Be strong and prepared, for those meant to pave the golden paths will survive, and they will carry little into the new world except for the Light that they channel from above.

And dear one, do not forget—I am here, among you. You will find me walking side by side with you. Look closely, for I may be in the woman whose eyes shine brightly and smile at you, or I may be in the one who walks barefoot and asks for bread.

Have faith—there is no turning back. The new wave of awakening has begun. May you all be blessed with true knowledge and love!"
