“Work or pension?”

JJK: It's hard for me to accept that I'm getting older! I find myself struggling almost daily with the fact that my body no longer does what a young body does and that the age of 58 is slowly becoming apparent. Finally, when it came time to pay, a hairdresser who didn't quite speak German and who I spontaneously stopped by for the first time asked me: "Work or pension?" in order to get me a pensioner's discount. Even though I'm working on myself, I can't really accept the ravages of time! Hm?

LADY NADA: What happens is that what is within becomes more and more prominent, and what happens is that you become completely attuned to your inner presence and reality. Your non-acceptance comes from identifying with the physical body as well as your soul. It is the identification that you are now slowly giving up, what remains is the respect and love for your body.

JJK: What I definitely want is to grow older healthily. Many people then develop age-related diseases, as the common saying goes, and I would like to avoid that at all costs. Are exercise, nutritional supplements and a healthy lifestyle good advice?

LADY NADA: What is good for your body is familiar to you, so continue to listen to it and your earthly vessel will serve you well until the end of your days, remain healthy and bring you joy. It still takes some time for your complete acceptance, after which everything will become natural, simple and easy.

JJK: It's funny, although I of course know that I am infinite consciousness, that I lived before this life and will continue to live after this life, do I find it difficult to accept getting older?

The identification

LADY NADA: The degree of identification makes a thing easy or a topic difficult. If identification is given up, not only the perspective changes, but above all the feeling about it.

The topics and what seems important vary from person to person, but everything always gains weight and meaning through identification.

JJK: So slowly get used to it...

LADY NADA: To love you for the beauty that radiates from the inside out and that is now evident in the more mature years of life.

Do not attach excessive importance to earthly phenomena - they are fleeting, as your earthly garments are fleeting - what remains is you, in all your power and glory.
