I hope each of you is using the ball of Green Light that I left with you last time.

Do not think that all this is weak or meaningless. Everything has a purpose, everything has a why. And everything we do has our energy. It is an energy of light; a healing energy; a balancing energy. Rest assured, you need help. Each one of you.

For the entire context in which you live, for all the food you eat, for the air you breathe, for the water you drink. Everything contributes to the imbalance. A greater force, a stronger energy, with the power to rebalance the energy of your cells, needs to act in your bodies. Bringing balance, bringing even healing.

Healing depends only on trust, faith, certainty. You have learned that being sick is the normal state of your bodies. And that you just have to focus, be content, understand and accept it. But this is not true. It is a truth created by your world, by those who want to keep you subject to imbalance and disease..

Any and all imbalances in your bodies are a result of the mind. Arising from what you self-impose on yourself. To live, to survive, to be in this world. Your rhythm of life is not normal. It's a stressful, worried pace, always looking at what needs to be done, always working to put out the fires. Never actually letting the Divine Presence say, “Do this today. Will this be good, or is this necessary”.

Don't go any further. You don't have to prove anything. Not to yourself, not to anyone else. On the contrary, every time you try to prove that you are strong, that you are capable, that you are powerful, you get sick. Because the body can't handle it. Imbalance is the body's cry. This is where the body says: “Stop! I can't take it anymore.” Then you get sick.

When I brought that green ball, it was so that during the night, it could act on your bodies, it could cleanse it, it could rebalance the energy of your cells. Trying to at least counterbalance everything bad you experienced during the day; so that the next day you are at least almost at zero. Because you will never be zero. Because you already wake up in despair, in worry, in planning. “What am I going to do today? What do I need to act on today? What do I need to fix today?” And so it goes all day.

So I would say to each of you: Pump the brakes. But step hard. In the same way that you step on a vehicle and it makes that noise of the wheels sliding on the ground, for sudden braking. Step on the brakes. But tread deeply. Stop. Do things, yes. But do it one at a time. Without doing one thinking about the other 10 that need to be done.

This is not good. It brings no benefit. Because you don't finish any of the tasks you start. Because the mind won't let it. She wants you to act on all ends. And no end is ever closed. There will always be something left behind. So, hit the brakes. But with strength, with will, with determination.

“Today I will do everything calmly. One thing at a time. I will be present in everything I do. It doesn't matter what I still have to do. I will do them one at a time. Because that's me. I take it one at a time.”

Repeat this to yourself constantly.

“I am present in the task at hand.” Repeat 3 times:

“I am present in the task at hand”.

“I am present in the task at hand”.

“I am present in the task at hand”.

And you will see how this energy will involve you and you will effectively be there, doing a single task, forgetting the others. Do it. And don't forget to play ball before bed. At this moment, it is essential, so that their bodies can also organize themselves in the change of structure.

Think, think a lot. The Fifth Dimension is right there. You don't want to ruin everything and miss the journey in the physical body, do you? So take care. Look at yourselves. Stop for a moment. Take a day to do nothing, if possible. But if you need to live that working day, live one task at a time. Live each present moment, in that task. And you will see how effectively you can finish everything. Because you will be looking at each task with Love, with Light. And it will go away easily.
