if you spend much time with the mainstream news media, you may think you’re losing your mind.

Maybe you think people are evil, and the whole world is headed for hell in a handbasket.

Spirit

Among humans, as we have discovered from observing you for many centuries, there is a “bias,” if you will, toward expecting the worst in life. And, there’s an even worse bias toward expecting the worst in yourself and in your fellow humans.

You don’t need us to remind you of where that inevitably leads you. It always leads you to the world you see all around you. The world where you dare not trust your fellow humans to act honestly and honorably. And perhaps you don’t even trust yourself to act honestly and honorably.

A quick glance at your daily news headlines is all the “proof” you need.

In the early 1980s, John took a spiritual development course and was introduced to his first spirit guide, Lydia. After Lydia arrived, three other guides also came to him: Archangel Michael, Tamarra, and Chief Joseph. Today these are John’s four main guides.
