This can be challenging, yet you will do it by paying attention to what you're feeling inside your heart.

Let your heart lead the way and understand this is all over lighted with love. Please do not sink into judgment, shame, separation, anger and irreverence with this process. It is part of your ascension and rising into the Golden Age. We are with you.”
