You are living in a sea of emotions.

You’re constantly being buffeted with emotion, and the more awake you are the more conscious you are of these emotions and the accompanying thoughts and feelings of everyone around you.

Just allow them to pass. They are not yours.

Do not identify with them because then you’re inviting them into your energy field.

Remember they are not yours. And remember that fear is debilitating, love is exhilarating.

You are not here to absorb the negative thoughts feelings and emotions of others.

You are not here to heal anything or anyone.

Nothing is broken.

Allow it all to pass you by. Be in peace with it.

You are here to anchor your light into earth, to raise the light quotient. The light will do its magic.

Stay high, choose love and focus on making conscious and positive choices.

Learn to do this with everything throughout your day.
