Dear brothers of planet Earth! I AM METATRON!
Being here once again is always a reason for joy and peace in our hearts. We are bringing a lot of energy to each of you, an energy filled with Love, with Light, with the highest balance.
It is necessary at this moment that each of you, when finishing all the tasks of the day, do a cleaning of thoughts that still populate your minds before going to sleep.
Your planet is sped up, your minds are sped up, everything is sped up. The big secret now is to simply learn to empty your mind of any and all problems, any and all anxiety, any and all thoughts. You have already learned that anxiety leads nowhere; leads to imbalance and uncertainty about what is to come. So now is the time to have a new apprenticeship, and for you to be able to, in a snap of your fingers, get rid of everything that is not good, empty your minds of any and all worries or thoughts.
We know it's not easy. Normally you take your problems to bed before going to sleep, because it is in the moment before sleep that you try to put your mind in order, you redo the whole day trying to find your way, trying to find where you lost the right path, the right point of departure. every problem. They plan the later day and with that the mind is filled. Sleep rarely comes and you start to have problems with relaxation, of not being able to actually get a long, good night's sleep.
So starting today, I'm going to leave here some instructions, so you can start practicing, without anxiety. It is not wanting that the first day you do it, it will work and you will be able to empty your mind. There is no way, everything is a learning experience. You will teach your minds to control themselves, to empty themselves, to show them that you are the boss, not your mind. Now it is necessary for you to have control of this rein.
Then each of you will have my Cube, printed, somewhere next to your beds. You will put a glass of water. Any glass, it doesn't have to be new, any glass; water, any water, whatever water is within your reach. Place the Cube on a surface and place the cup on this surface, next to where you sleep. Take care that the water in the glass does not wet the paper, but if it does, place another paper with the symbol printed again. What to do with what's been wet? Just throw it away, nothing will happen to you, because the moment the symbol has been wetted, and gone, there is nothing there, there is no energy, there is nothing emanating there.
So you have the paper and the cup next to your beds. Before going to bed, still sitting, you will literally pull with the tips of your index finger and thumb, the two tips of these fingers will touch. Which hand? The dominant hand, that hand that is mandatory in your body. So repeating: You will place the tip of your index finger and thumb on your forehead. You will imagine that when you take your fingers away from your forehead, you are pulling the thought, the worry, whatever it is. Think about what you would think about when you went to bed; in that concern, in that problem. Think of it and pull it out, and throw it in the cup.
And so you will repeat. Whatever comes to your mind, you will do it; he will put his fingers on his forehead and pull it out and throw it into the glass. Now, what is needed in this process is that you believe that, that you believe that you are pulling this thought out of your mind. At the end, don't have the anxiety of thinking if you put them all. That's what I said, it's a learning experience, and each day you'll find that over time your minds will learn, that the moment you sit on your bed, it must be empty. This will happen over time as your mind learns this process.
When you finish removing all thoughts, lie down and try to relax. Put on some music, or just say a prayer, ask me to keep your mind clear, to help you keep your mind clear, so you can have a peaceful, relaxing night's sleep. And I will help you.
I say it again: This is a process, it's not a magic pill, it's not the first day you're going to get it; it's a learning experience. It's showing their minds that they should empty themselves before going to sleep. This will be very important, because every day, the process accelerates more and everything will begin to happen in your life faster. There won't be much time for planning, there will only be time for the here and now, for execution, for experiencing each moment.
Try not to plan so much, try not to have anxiety about tomorrow, live each day as has been taught here. This is the great secret, living in the moment, handing over your day to the Higher Self, always believing that it will come with everything that needs to be resolved at that moment, on that day. Don't be stressed, don't be anxious and you will be able, little by little, to learn to relax your minds and have very peaceful nights.
