Greetings, beloved beacons, of light, I am Archangel Metatron. I come forth with the love of the Angelic Kingdom, to surround and embrace you.

Please know that we are present to support you and assist you in any area of your spiritual evolution and physical reality.

Today I, Archangel Metatron, wish to speak of listening. It is important that you fine-tune your ability to listen. We are not speaking of listening to physical sound such as the birds, people speaking, cars, or the wind. I, Archangel Metatron, am speaking of listening into the energetic levels.

Each of you have the ability to listen to different aspects of your body and your being in order to gain understanding, knowledge and wisdom to support continued radiant health, as well as to dissolve blockages, boundaries or limitations.

Listening at an energetic level requires you to connect with your soul and sitting in the space of your soul, you choose an aspect of your being to connect with, for example, your physical body. As you are sitting in the space of your soul you ask, focus or hold an intention of connecting with your physical body and listening with all of your being to your physical body.

In doing so, and with practice, your body and any other part of your being will begin to build the connection of communication.

It is easy to become confused, maybe you think that you are listening to your physical body, when actually you are listening to your emotions, or your thought patterns. There is a need to take time to practice, to sit in the space of your soul and then practice simply connecting with aspects of your being and body, holding the intention of listening to become a custom and aware of the different parts of your being and body.

During meditation, you can go into the space of your soul to connect with your physical body.

Hold the intention of listening to your physical body, be in the space of being present with your physical body.

Then after a few moments or minutes or however long is required, allow yourself to remember that you are in the space of your soul. Then asked to connect with a different aspect of your being such as your emotional body, your mental body, your astral body, or your spiritual body.

Choose an aspect you wish to connect with, then hold the intention that you are listening to this aspect alone.

As you move through the different aspects connecting and holding an intention of listening, you may begin to notice subtle differences.

In the different aspects of your being, the more you practice this, the more you will be able to recognize which aspect of your being you are listening to. You will be certain that when you listen to your physical body that it is your physical body, and your physical body alone that you are listening to, or your emotional, mental, spiritual or astral bodies.

You can listen to a part of your body, like your toe or your head. If you are feeling fatigued, have an illness, or an issue within your physical being, or maybe you feel stressed, under strain or confused to practice listening to different aspects of your being.

You are being present with these aspects. You also build your ability to be present with yourself. Thus, these aspects begin to speak to you, maybe sharing visions, sensations, words, or understandings of what they require in order to exist in radiant health. You may be alerted to certain blockages that require to be healed.

There is an immense wisdom held within your being, your body. All of your energy bodies know exactly what to do to heal, rejuvenate, regenerate, energize, balance, calm, to bring into peace, or to support you in your existence upon the Earth.

It is time to practice listening, and the more that you practice listening to your being, what you will notice is that an energy field of a tree or a bird or a plant will also begin to speak to you.

It is as if you begin to listen into the energetic levels, planes and dimensions, because you are willing to be present, you are creating that space for new communication to enter into your being, your awareness, and your reality,

This is a wonderful ability in order to access the truth.
