My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Imagine you have a personal assistant available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

Imagine that this person adores you and wants only the best for you. They coordinate your activities with the rest of the universe and are always aware of what you need to know, do, and say at exactly the perfect time. They are gentle, kind, loving, and persistent in their desire to serve. Imagine that they asked nothing in return from you other than that you ask for their help.

Ask yourself, "Would I be willing to accept this loving service? Would I take advantage of it to free my mind from worry, my time from wasted effort, and give my spirit breathing space? Or would I continue to do everything or most things myself?"

If you were willing to delegate all your worries and challenges to this assistant, knowing their incredible wisdom, competence, and connections, would you be able to release the challenges to their care and trust in their abilities, or would you micro-manage their activities to ensure they perform the tasks exactly as you would do them?

These questions are worth pondering because each of you already has this assistant, dear friends. The Creator of universes and your angels act in this manner. Whatever you are willing to release into our care will be handled with utmost love, sensitivity, and grace. Whatever you are willing to believe, you will receive.

So many of you worry so needlessly about your challenges instead of giving them to your Divine assistant. So many of you feel your conditions are impossible to resolve without handing them over to a love and wisdom who knows so much more than you. We are in no way calling you incompetent or unwise. As a human being in linear time, it is simply not possible for you to know all the billions of people on the planet, all the myriad possible paths to your desires, and how your dreams might synchronize harmoniously with the desires of others. By virtue of being in 3D space and linear time, you can't even begin to imagine the countless paths to healing, abundance, love, and all that you seek.

Your Divine assistant can.

The only thing between you and all the help you desire is your willingness to ask and your faith in the outcome. Many times, you've heard it said, "What you believe you can receive."

You are loved beyond anything you can comprehend. You are supported in ways you can't even imagine. You are guided, and in every moment, the next step will be revealed. We'll say it again. "The only thing between you and all the help you desire is your willingness to ask and your faith in the outcome."

Your lives would be so much easier if you engaged in a practice of "delegating to the Divine" and trusting that what you need to know or do will always be revealed in perfect timing. While the man or woman of your dreams might not be delivered to your front door (although that can happen!), you might receive an impulse to buy the ice cream you've been craving at the perfect time to meet a beautiful soul in the grocery store! While we can't always drop money into your bank account, we can inspire you to watch a video or talk to a friend who will give you ideas on how you might get that money. While we can't solve all your interpersonal relationship challenges for you, Divine healing grace can soften your heart and the hearts of others and reveal steps to guide both parties to a kinder reality.

Your Divine assistant is nothing less than the Creator of Universes, the very same Love and Intelligence who gave you the free will to point your love in any direction and call it forth into your 3D world. Your Divine Assistant loves you and wants to inspire, guide, and facilitate your dreams. All you have to do is "delegate" your challenges to heaven, release them, and live your life as happily as possible now. Trust that what you desire will come in the perfect time and in the perfect way.

Many of you would say, "I have prayed, and nothing happened." Many of you have prayed but have not truly "delegated" and released your problems and challenges. As you truly delegate and release your challenges, you naturally enjoy your life each day because you have faith that your outcomes will come. Without that faith, dear ones, you are like the boss who interrupts their workers' ability to deliver by constantly demanding status reports and micro-managing all their activities. The Divine can handle your dreams. When you can avoid blocking it with fear, doubt, and worry, and instead, open to it with your faith, you will watch the magic happen.

You are loved beyond measure. Your Divine Assistant waits patiently for you to request help, believe in help, and enjoy your days while it works on what you have released to its care. When it is time for you to take action, you will be inspired to act. When it is time to speak up, the words will flow freely. When it is time to rest, you will feel like doing nothing else.

Delegate the things you don't want to figure out yourselves, dear friends. There are no medals in heaven for proving your worth, your abilities, or your dedication to what you desire. However, there are rewards on earth for relaxing into a fine, fun, friendly flow in which you expect the help that is always waiting for you to ask, believe, and receive.

Hi Everyone,

I "delegate up" frequently on all things great and small. I trust the universe to deliver and relax into my days. I continue to experience insane amounts of help in ways both great and small.

"Spirit, I want the mosaic patio table I saw in a catalog for $125 for under $15, please. Let me know what to do and when." A few months later, on the way home from the airport, I had the unreasonable urge to stop in the thrift store, where the table awaited for $14.99. I only needed to purchase a missing screw and clean it up. My assistant likes to help me with bargains.

"Dear God, I want you to help my dear one live until they're ready to leave." A relative of mine who has been having serious heart problems these past few months has received the most amazing care we've seen in any hospital to date. A team of caring earth angels surrounds them and came to the rescue one night when breathing nearly stopped. So far, so good.

"Dear God, I want to do the best sessions possible today, share your love, and feel your love as I work." I pray this daily, and so it is.

Recently, as I looked at my life, I realized one of the challenges I still grapple with is figuring out how the gazillion things I wish to do will fit into my schedule. Reasonably speaking, I want to pack in the impossible. But since all things are possible with God, I've given the Divine the task of figuring out how to order my time to be most efficient, have the most fun, and get everything I wish to do done during the holiday season. As I continue to release this challenge to the Divine, my days flow as if by magic, and I am getting my desires accomplished without drama.

I wandered out to the garden last weekend and, before I realized how much work I'd done, had picked, processed, and made pesto out of an entire three-foot basil plant, made dinner for the week, and cleaned out the fridge. I was going to read my mail away when the newsletter dropped in, and I'm typing as fast as I can to capture it. A company just called to reschedule an appointment that would have been difficult to fit into my week. I suddenly get the urge to drop everything and call my dear one who just finished a doctor's appointment and can give me a positive update.

It feels like things are ordering themselves. I want to figure out how to do personalized listings on Etsy. Boom, a video pops into my YouTube feed. I want to help my dear one stay alive. I was called so strongly to bed early one night and to leave my body to work with the angels on their behalf. Sure enough, they felt better the next morning. Dear God, can you help me find a recipe for my abundance of Thai basil, please? It occurred to me to ask AI, which not only gave me the most flavorful Thai chicken curry (recipe below) but also several other suggestions. Dear God, what can I do to fix my foot (last week!)? In addition to all the good ideas that ensued, a dear friend gifted me with a session w/one of my favorite healers.

Looking back at life, I don't know why I didn't ask the "Divine assistant" for help with my schedule and all else sooner! I now give the Divine my "honey do" list every morning—a list of the things I want help with throughout the day. "Dear God, I want client sessions to be loving, beneficial for them, and a joy for me to share. I want to eat lunch, make dinner, order groceries, have time to call my dear one, put up five new t-shirts in my shop, finish the newsletter, and figure out a Thanksgiving dinner plan." Gracefully, it all unfolds.

If we all knew how deeply we are loved, we'd be adorable, demanding little kids. "I want help with this! I want help with that! I want you to manage this. I want you to help me arrange my time. I want you to heal my heart or my body. On it goes. Whatever matters to you matters to God.

We don't always ask the Divine for help because humans have failed us. We don't believe in how much we are loved because we've been conditionally loved by well-meaning people who, like us, happen to be human. Sometimes, we don't ask for help because we learn not to ask for "too much." Growing up, my brother and I had to limit our requests to Santa to three gifts. I now know that was because Santa had a budget! The Divine, on the other hand, has unlimited resources!

Nothing is too big or small to be out of bounds when you request help from the Divine Assistant. We do the world a service when we ask for help and believe enough to receive it. We let that Love that wants to flow into creation come to us and through us. As the angels said last week, we have our hands on the faucet. We open to love's flow with our own love. We block it with our fear and doubt. As you ask the Divine Assistant for help and believe enough to receive, you become nothing less than a conduit for Divine love, healing, and grace in the world. That's good for you and everyone else!

Here are a few tips to help you start "delegating up" more often.

1.  Delegate your worries to the Divine

In the morning, ask yourself, "What concerns me most?" Then, delegate up. "Dear God, I don't know how I will accomplish everything today and get my child to practice on time tonight. Help arrange my day." "Dear God, guide me in all ways, great and small, to feel better. Inspire and motivate me to do what is good for me, and keep me on the path to complete health and vitality." "Dear God, show me a better way to allow money to flow into my life." "Dear God, I care for my loved ones. Help them be safe, happy, whole, and healed."

Whatever concerns you and distracts you from joy can be delegated to the Divine. Ask for your worries to be soothed, for things to help bolster your faith, and for comfort along the way.

2. Give God the people you care about

We worry that the people we love might hurt, leave, or have something bad happen to them, but we forget they're children of the Divine, too. The Source cares about them as much as, if not more, than we do. To the degree that they're willing to receive help, they will.

Rather than polluting the energy with our worries, we can help to empower them by giving them over to the greatest Love in all the universes. "Dear God, watch over my loved one. To the degree they can receive, give them all the help, healing, and grace they'll allow. Help them soften, if possible, to receive more. If I can do anything, let me know in a kind way that I cannot miss."

God already cares about those you care about. Instead of worrying, pray and have faith. Believe in them more than they believe in themselves.

3. Keep a "running tab"

I used to go to dinner with coworkers, where the waiter or waitress would keep a running tab of our orders. Every time you asked for something else, it went on the tab.

The universe doesn't mind if you keep a running tab, either! Make a file on your computer or get a notepad and keep track of your own tab—all the requests you make to the Divine Assistant. Once something is on your tab, trust it will be fulfilled in perfect timing. As the angels like to remind us, we don't chase the waiter or waitress back to the kitchen and tell the cook how to make our meals! We trust that once we place our order, we'll get to eat! When we place our "order" to the universe, if we trust and stay in a good vibe, that, too, will be delivered... and without a bill!

Ask, and you shall receive is more than a phrase. It's the way the universe works. The only caveat is that we have to receive. We have to have the "Faucet" open. We must have faith and a willingness to reach for a high vibe in which our dreams can come. Help on all levels is there for the asking.

I'm asking for more and more these days so I can ripple more goodness and beauty out to the universe. As we speak, I'm wearing one of my own t-shirt designs, which thrills me to no end. What was, last year, a "maybe someday" wish is coming true, even with my full-time work and family commitments. Life becomes an amazing dance with heaven as we more frequently engage higher help by learning to delegate up!
