Wishing you all a magical and abundant Beltane May Day! Today is the annual Celtic pagan festival of Beltane, a celebration of vibrant spring, nature’s wild abundance and fertility.

In Celtic pagan tradition, the Beltane festival on May 1st is a celebration of the ‘sacred marriage’ (heiros gamos) between the Goddess of Spring or May Queen and the Green Man or May King.

Beltane is a feast of nature’s bounty, potent with abundant fertility, music, singing and dancing around the Maypole. Dancers weave ribbons into complex patterns around a tall pole garlanded with greenery or flowers, to celebrate youth and spring time. A popular Beltane tradition involves ‘jumping the broomstick’, when a handfast couple jumps over a broom laid on the floor to symbolize jumping a ‘threshold’, moving from an old life to a new one.

On this momentous May Day of 2023, we are personally and collectively moving beyond the Old Earth Timeline into the abundant New Earth Timeline. Beltane is a potent time for bringing hopes, dreams and aspirations to life. Let’s sprinkle some Beltane magic on our New Earth visions and intentions.

We are in between two powerful Eclipses, pulsing and vibrating the ether with life-changing energies. Additionally, Pluto (Osiris in Egyptian mythology) is stationing retrograde today, returning to transform outdated power systems at 29° Capricorn (Patriarchy) until January 20, 2024. The Pluto transition will affect the entire global system. We are just starting to see signs of how significant this transit is.

We are preparing for the upcoming Scorpio Wesak Eclipse Gateway on Friday, 5/5. In numerology ‘5’ is a master number of Change. As we jump the ‘threshold’ into the New Earth Timeline, we enter a world of empathy, compassion and collaboration. We are changing how we interact with each other, with nature and with the galaxy. We are returning from the long spell of fragmentation, duality and separation…returning into ONEness with the abundant universe. It is our birthright! It is our legacy! It is our mission!
