In the reality of Higher Consciousness, which is LOVE in ONENESS and unity, there is a consistent, balanced, harmonized and absolutely blissful existence!

On this ever-expanding path of fully realizing that oneness (our unique Divine Presence (I AM) within this physical body) - we've surfed through a lot of duality programming about what love is and what it is not. Living from your heart (your God Presence) is the truth of love - in all of it's Divineness.

And, being in the present as you live your life strengthens that connection, and assists it to manifest more of what you're desiring to experience - because you're living more from your heart and less from the mind.

Some ways to be present include:

• Enjoying the food you're eating, tasting it fully, being grateful for everything that brought that delicious nourishment to you
• When in conversation with someone, really listening to all they are saying and hearing it (without judgement) - being present for them
• Getting into nature and letting the experience of the wind, the soil, the trees, flowers, plants, birds, wildlife all just dazzle you with that joy - and feel the upliftment in your energy field

Today, February 14th, St. Valentine's Day is often associated with Cupid, starry-eyed love, and, when approached from a standpoint of unity, becomes a beautiful means of expressing love for one's unique Divine Presence as well as for others.

This isn't just a momentary or occasional way of living; it's a conscious choice to dedicate time, engage in activities, and infuse romance into the life you're currently living. Pour enthusiasm into everything you do, pamper yourself, and observe how that positive energy ripples out into the world.

Living in a state of being filled and fulfilled is the most optimal way, allowing you to share from a place of wholeness with others and the world.

Enjoy the Cosmic waves that flow through you - and to be aware of this more - so much is pouring upon the Earth and all of her Beings with the higher frequencies.
