The evolution of this planet is taking place, Gaia is transforming every day into a higher spiritual being and her body, the planet, is getting a little cleaner every day. We understand that it is difficult for you to go through this whole process without suffering and pain.

So let's realize this: pain and suffering have always existed on your planet, ever since the shadows came here and took over. Let's go back many, many centuries, I would even say millennia. The wars, the barbarities, the killings, were happening in all parts of the planet and there was no dissemination of the events, there was only the present moment, when the enemy was approaching and the beginning of a war was imminent.

Few people knew what was happening on the rest of the planet, but wars broke out all over the planet. Death, death, death. For what purpose? Greed, power, kill in the name of God, because some did not follow the path that the powerful established. Today you looked at the sky and wondered: Why so much violence?

You may not believe what I'm going to tell you, but nothing is worse, everything has always been like this. There is more violence, there is more communication, there is interest from the shadows in that everything that happens, as bizarre as possible, reaches your eyes and ears.

Communications belong to the shadows, they manipulate the powerful of the large communication networks. We are not going to establish here that everyone who works under this roof has a black heart, don't do that. They are there following the orders of their superiors, like any of you, who follows the orders of the bosses, even if it is reluctantly. That's what hierarchies are for, to command, to provoke, and few take the trouble to understand what happens at the lowest level.

So let's stop repeating that everything is getting worse. Every time you say that, you add fuel to something that is already burning. Nothing is getting worse, everything has always been like this, only there was no communication, the impulse was not transmitted to the entire planet. Everything happened in secret, but it happened and few had a voice to complain. Today you all have a voice because you have a small device in your hands that transmits to the entire planet whatever you want, at the moment it is happening.

So the powerful no longer control what you show, but there is a little control. Others insist on spreading it to generate more fear, more discouragement, more disbelief that a better world exists.

So each one must analyze what to believe. Is the world really getting worse? I would say that some places are more violent than others, and why? Because there is fear, discord, disorder, just the opposite, which generates more negative energy. So everyone reaps what they sow. Take the total numbers on your planet and see how many die each day. You do not live in an intense Wild West, as was the case a long time ago, there are attacks, there is violence, there is. And I would say that they each attract her in their own way.

Why are there people who have never been attacked, who have never suffered violence, why? Because they do not emanate fear, they trust their protections, they know that the world is not what it is shown. Now, those who emanate fear, who talk about it all the time, attract exactly what they fear.

This is a difficult lesson, one that most do not want to learn. They don't believe it and they continue to promote comments, anger, rage, against the rulers, against all those who hurt them. Where is forgiveness, where is unconditional Love? You forget that I am not here trying to justify anyone's action. Those who cause violence will pay for their decisions, no one will go unpunished. They can even go unpunished before the laws of men, but not before universal laws.

Now, if each one of them emanates anger and hatred, and comments and encourages and spreads, they will be attracted to the same thing, there is no way to avoid it. The universe that surrounds you is what you emanate, learn that. If you emanate Love, you emanate Light, you have an affectionate word for each moment of problem that you have, the tendency is that you will no longer attract any of that in your walk. Because you are only emanating Light and whoever emanates Light attracts Light, attracts solutions, attracts prosperity, attracts abundance. And as if by magic, the problems are solved.

Now, if you complain, you speak badly, you put everything around you, your words create the energy again. What will you attract? More of the same problem. You like to comment on the bad, why? By doing this, you regenerate the same egregor of what bothers you, again around you. And what will you attract? More of the same, more discomfort. That discomfort will only grow, because you don't look at the positive.

I tell you that even in problems there are positive things, which are learning experiences, which are new paths to follow. But no, you keep complaining about what bothers you and every time you complain you only attract more of the same. So understand that what happens around you is the result of what you emanate. There is no other alternative, you are what you emanate, you receive what you emanate, there is no other way to live.

So your world is the way it is because you only complain. Few appreciate a moment of joy, few appreciate having a roof over their heads, a bed to sleep in, a place to bathe, enough food on the table, harmony in their homes... No, you only complain. Each one reaps what they sow; if some are poorer than others, there are lessons to be learned. You have to go through some setbacks to learn to live. But you do not understand, you only complain and never forget that complaining is asking for more of the same.

This is a habit that I would say is more than urgent that you lose. It is extremely urgent that you stop complaining. You want change, you want improvement, you want abundance, and you only throw bad things into your energy field. How will abundance come? You are not Light, you do not emanate Light, you only emanate discomfort, complaints, disharmony, anger, revolt?

Think about it, every moment, when you feel the urge to complain about something, shut your mouth and stop your thoughts, look at it and look for a positive point. Ah, I guarantee that it exists. Look at it and be thankful for that little dot. And I tell you, if you do it constantly, those little points of gratitude will grow and you will see how quickly everything is resolved. Because you are no longer attracting the bad things that you complained about in the past. Now you are being grateful for every little positive point that comes into your life and that will make your egregor grow and all the abundance come to you. An egregor I mean a positive egregor.

Experiment, try it, do this exercise. When you go to complain, look for a positive point and say thank you. I guarantee that in a very short time you will see a big difference.
