The Pleiadian-Sirian-Arcturian Council of Light:

"We are here now.

We love you.

We are you, from your future, to assist you on your path.

Beloved One, as you are experiencing the busyness of the Illusion, which is grabbing your attention from the moment you wake up in the morning, we are here to invite you to take breaks from the ever hungry matrix of the Ego Mind.

The moment you open your eyes in the morning, instead of checking your phone with emails and social media (Which is the epitome if the Illusion Matrix of the Ego Mind), simply try to connect with Source/God first.

There are different ways to do this and we are here, to share a couple of examples:

1. Say in your mind: "I am so blessed..."

Repeat this statement until your God Mind will find all the examples for you to be grateful for.

or

2. Say in your mind: "Source/God/ or (Insert a Being of Light who you are resonating with), take me by my hand today to lead me to my Ascension."

Repeat this statement several times and leave a moment between the repetitions.

This takes just one minute.

You can, of course, take more time, when you begin to see the difference in your day that this little break makes.

When you do this right at the beginning of the day, you are already less deep in the Illusion Matrix.

You will have a different and stabilizing energy to set your day.

You can also add more or these little escapes from the Illusion Matrix throughout the day.

The more you do this, you will begin to strengthen your God Mind and weaken the Ego Mind. The Ego Mind is creating the Illusion Matrix. 

You will be able to observe the Illusion Matrix with all its drama and pain with more detachment, which will enable you to shift into the Higher Dimensions of your Ascension journey.

We are with you, every step of the way.

You are loved beyond measure.

We are with you... always. We love you.

We are you. Namaste."
