Many horrendous events plague the life of innocent children, families and those that have served to protect others. In many of these instances, there is shock to the mind and body that are too much to deal with in that moment. The energy of the emotions of pain and trauma have no place to express as feelings are suppressed and frequencies leave the awareness. Many do not remember the event. But the energy remains as blockages in the body as well as the psyche.

There is sometimes a numbness as the person withdraws and the personality is changed. This is referred to as ‘freezing.’ others remain in reactive mode while not understanding the reason that everything upsets them. This is called ‘fight or flight.’ others react to sounds, music or even smells that were present in their moment of trauma. We call this a ‘trigger.’ with or without a diagnosis of ptsd (post traumatic stress disorder), all humans are created with a brain that reacts to trauma.

Let’s discuss the energy that lies dormant and the manner of discovering this transmuted energy. As previously said, some of the energy is dormant in blockages of organs, blood vessels and even the heart. At times there may be pain or illness. Other times, the energy is subdued and unknown. But to many that have unresolved trauma, the surprise comes much later.

Many adults will feel that something is wrong. Even as their life seems to be moving along, they cannot quite find the answer. Then a trigger arrives that undeniably touches their being and activates the brain. The connection to the body-mind is absolute and the result can seem like a tsunami.

The energy field around each person is alive with unresolved trauma. These are energy constructs that grow larger and more powerful over time. Blocking emotions merely assures that the frequency will move to another location in the body form or the field. When reminders of the pain experienced are present again, the neurons in the brain will metabolize to draw the memories forgotten, back into your awareness.

Many feel overwhelmed as they remember childhood abuse for the first time. The body knows what you can handle and many physical maladies will clear when the pain is faced head on with the wisdom gleaned throughout the waking dream. Blockages can be healed with intention and light. Love heals every single moment of your life when this truth is understood.

The field is alive with activity. There are thought form entities that are created throughout the development of each psyche. Some resonant at high frequencies and assist you as they become powerful from your best moments. Thought form entities of a low vibration are also growing more powerful and their intention is to cause fear and torment. They are trauma based and you can clear them over time.

You are able to override and clear darkness with light. You have the power and capability of healing all traumas with applying love and acceptance to the atrocities that came your way and hurt you so deeply. Whether a parent, a child or a fellow soldier in action left scars upon your being, know in truth that you can heal. Meditate and command that all darkness leave. Saturate your mind with thoughts of well being and peace. The result of the outcome will be in exact correlation to your intention of healing.

The reason that wars escalate is because of the energy of pain, fear and discord among those that force others to fight. With an absolute law of cause and effect, the end is nowhere in sight as many fight blindly with no understanding. Rest assured in truth that all of those causing proxy wars and the destruction of others are not only creating trauma for themselves and the minds of many, but they will never be free of the energy that amplifies within by their choices.

For those that cause heartache and loss for another, know in truth that an energy construct matching the energy of destruction you sent to another, remains with you in an area that will return to you in experience. How easy and wise it is to be free of negative energy and use your waking dream to love and assist others.

Be free and know that you are the creators of your life. Allow your body and mind to heal with the light of all creation that is communicating with your soul!
