The Virgo Full Moon on March 9^th is filled with the essence of Neptune, which will bring with it the polarity of chaos, confusion, overwhelmed versus surrendering into being of compassion, mysticism, and caring.

This can show up in many parts of life, with your work overload, with family members, decisions to be made or unmade, along with the global uncertainty of the coronavirus.

Neptune has a reputation of spreading rumors as well as spreading viruses. The full moon usually will bring an illumination around an event or issue, however this full moon is enveloped in a cloud of fog and it will take effort to see clearly.

Mercury moving direct the day of the full moon at 28 degrees of Aquarius is helpful in being able to find concrete information that is useful. Saturn is at the ultimate last degree of Capricorn making it the void planet, (last planet that the moon will aspect before it goes into a new sign) and will continue to be the void planet until it moves into Aquarius on the 21^st. What this means is Saturn has the last say. The lessons of Saturn include being patient, making the best use of time, doing what is the responsible thing to do, facing challenges and obstacles and carrying on in spite of not wanting to, looking to what needs to be done for the sake of the future and higher good. Not an easy energy to have as the void planet and can deflate enthusiasm that the day began with.

Venus is in her home territory of Taurus and is together with the ever unpredictable planet of Uranus keeping us alert to change. This is actually a fun energy to tune into. If the message of the full moon includes walking ones talk; then Venus with Uranus points towards putting your resources into what you value. If you say you believe in something, how are you helping to bring it about? If you say you love to learn, are you committing your time towards knowledge? You get the picture; Venus in Taurus includes making financial choices that are in alignment with what you are committed to in life.

The other help from the universe is to surrender to Neptune’s positive qualities. Be able to be in the moment without needing to know or have an answer. When you allow yourself to be in a space of the unknown something new arises. Take time to meditate in your daily life. Create a sacred ritual that is meaningful to you. Cultivating a heart filled with compassion for self and others while taking time to balance your life that is essential for your physical and material world without compromising the health of your spiritual world is what this full moon in Virgo brings to us.
