Lightworkers generally are as their name implies; workers. They serve others in many ways. These last few years have been exciting with the information about the coming ascension but tough because we have gone through so many unusual situations; people exiting our lives and at times we were or felt invisible. Because we have done so well allowing the light to flow through us and walking (sometimes wanting to run) toward the ascension, we may feel even more disconnected from the Earthplane, creating a deep sense of loneliness.

Even within relationships we can feel lonely. It can be sometimes difficult to speak all that you want to about spiritual things. It may be difficult to have them understand why you believe what you do; how you have faith or talk with the Angels. You may be thinking how great it would be if you just were with someone just like you. What you may not realize is that person may be just the thing you need to help you ascend. The Angels once explained to me that my husband was the sand in my oyster. It was irritating at times, sure but our relationship made me a pearl! I believe that if it were not for our relationship, I would not be doing this work right now. He helped me grow exponentially. It wasn’t all happy, happy growth. But looking at the bigger picture, I see what a huge role he has played without him consciously knowing it.

If you are in a relationship, you may feel you two have drifted apart over the last couple of years. Perhaps you are ascending quicker than your loved one. Or you may feel they are not interested in ascending. Don’t be deceived by what you see on the outside. Many people will ascend that would surprise us. That is because the ascension is about the “souls light energy” not who the conscious person is in this one life. Here are some of the Angels suggestions to help you reboot your relationship:

~ Ask to see your spouse / loved one as the Angels do.

~ See them with fresh eyes. Hear them with clear ears without any pressure of the past. Live in the Now and think of every day as a “present.”

~ Breathe before you think or say things like “He/she always does that.” Or you think you know ahead of time how they will respond to something. Thinking or saying “always” about your loved one represents the past and if that is the case, there may be some forgiveness that you could do to clear it.

~ Then touch. Touch your loved one. Love them through your touches.

~ A simple hand on the back as you walk by.

~ An arm around their shoulder as you walk or sit.

~ Hold their hand or if it has been a while, place your hand over theirs.

We are sharing this information because YOU need the touch more than they do. You need to feel loved. You have been taking care of others; family, friends and/or clients. You may be weary from the darkness of the last few years. With the light having come back onto Earth this month, it is time for you to reconnect. Reconnect with the light. Reconnect with your Angels. Reconnect with your loved ones. Reconnect with people. The way to do that now is through simple, loving touches. It’s time to be physical. You work on your spirituality all the time. Now integrate the new and improved aspects of yourself; the new ascended spiritual being with the physical being. Ascension isn’t about just being spiritual; we are to be spiritual human beings.

Here are a couple more suggestions for loving touches with your loved one:

~ Before you go to bed for the night, lean over and kiss your partner while putting your hand on their heart and placing your other hand on your heart. This will connect you spiritually through your hearts for the entire time you sleep. (It connects your physical hearts because you are touching them, emotional hearts because you are kissing and sacred hearts because you are opening up in the highest, most loving way.) Then before you part ways in the morning, do the same thing. You will see a softening of energy and a stronger connection within a day.

~ As you fall asleep with your loved one, hold hands. This is actually something my husband came up with a few years ago. You may like to turn over to sleep on your side but for the few minutes while both of you get drowsy, it is very connecting on all levels to hold hands.

If you are not in a love relationship or have a close friendship(s), love yourself more. Speak loving things to yourself. Hug, gently touch or shake hands with others when opportunities present themselves. Ask your Angels to find your relationship / friendship(s) and bring them to you, if that is what you want. With the light being back on Earth, manifestations will be easier now as we are not pushing through as much darkness.

It is okay to go out in the world and feel what has changed in the last few years since you have been on the outside of the planet’s grids spiritually growing. It is safe to be visible now. Explore the world through simple touches of people, plants and animals. These simple touches combined with the new spiritual light will help you integrate all that you are. You are loved!
