Humans learn from their choices and actions in life through free will

In our human experience, we have chosen and have been endowed with free will. We have the option of doing whatever we please in life. Often, our choices are determined by our beliefs and our mood and emotions. 

The spirit does not judge us by the quality of the choices we make in life, but at a higher level we do essentially.

The spirit wishes to teach mankind that we have two options, a superior choice guided by the spirit or an inferior option guided by the ego.

Over time on the spiritual path, you gradually become light infused with more of your soul and higher self. This can be called illumination, which is more a journey than a destination. The negative aspects of our ego gradually equilibrate with more positive aspects of our ego. The changes of duality become less.

You have probably heard the parable of a good angel and an evil angel perched on each shoulder. This refers to both the ego and the soul, while living in duality on this planet. Duality is the opposite expression on both sides of the spectrum.

Things always happen for a reason, and you have agreed to experience this from the soul level. It is important to realize that things do not happen to us; We are not only victims in life. We often have to look at our situation from a higher perspective, and that is what gives the spiritual path.

Your vibration begins to change; You begin to feel higher levels of peace and well-being in your life. You begin to realize that you are a powerful spirit, who chooses to experience being a human being for a period of time.

Like any transition, it is not always a smooth journey. However, if you trust your intuition or the impulses of the spirit, things become easier.

Often, the best way to receive spirit guidance is to ask a question just before falling asleep at night. 

As the saying goes "night brings counsel" will often awaken with renewed clarity about your situation, or even receive a response in a dream.

Treat others with respect and let the spirit illuminate your path in life.

Remember that free will is a gift and, like any gift, it must be nourished and respected.
